Players - We are calling for volunteers to man the stand in blocks of time as indicated on the attached Roster.

There are two stands to be manned – the indoor stand (Ranvet Pavilion #262) and an outdoor stand which will take the form of the Wooden Horse. NSWPA will provide you with a pass to obtain free access to the Equitana exhibition for the day.

The attached is relatively self explanatory and we’d appreciate if you could let us know when you can assist. If you can do a full day, even better and during the day we can work something out so that you can go off an enjoy the many stands and activities offered by Equitana. The show is open from 9 until 7 pm each day except Sunday which is 9 until 4 pm.

We will also call for volunteers from the by the broader community, so if you can’t help yourself and can find a suitable person who understands and who is happy to promote the game, please do let us know. Email Julie or Suzie:
