Timor Polo Club Invites you nominate for the AGUIRRE GOLD CUP 2012
Saturday 6th October & Sunday 7th October
We are taking nominations now for the following:
· 8 goal Aguirre Gold Cup
· 4 goal Timor Spring Silver Cup
· 0 goal Timor Bronze Cup
Please contact us with your nominations and payment for either a team or individual by Wednesday 3rd October.
Chukka fees:
· $400 including GST per team for the weekend
· $100 including GST per player for the weekend
LUNCH: BBQ will be available on both days from 11.30am
We will be hosting our annual Saturday Night Party from 6.30pm, in our clubhouse, everybody’s welcome, dinner is provided, so come join in the fun!
Accommodation:
Player/Family/Groom accommodation is available, but limited, so please contact as immediately so we can reserve accommodation for you, alternatively please seek staying arrangements in Murrurundi, which is a 25 minute drive and offers a variety of accommodation.
Horse accommodation is available, we have stalls and paddocks free of charge, please contact us to reserve.
