The NSW Polo Association warmly invites you to this year’s Special General Meeting, open discussion and Annual General Meeting. Each club is entitled to send one voting delegate or give a proxy to another delegate to vote on their club's behalf. All other members are welcome to attend and participate.

• Wednesday 24th October,
• Special General Meeting 10.00am - 11.00am
• Annual General Meeting starting at 11.00am followed by sandwich lunch
• Venue: Centenary Rooms 1 & 2  located on Level 2, Building 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park
• Parking: in the ground by ticket.

Voting at the SGM & AGM: Only "A" members, ie Club Delegates or a Proxy can vote. Please note, to be valid, Proxy Forms must be received to NSWPA 48 hours in advance of the meeting, ie by 10am Monday 22nd October for this AGM. I attach a Club Delegate/Proxy form in case this applies to you / your club. I will also post one to each club president & secretary. In addition, Life Directors can vote on Special Resolutions.

NSWPA Directors / Office Bearers: Director Nomination & Office Bearer Nomination Forms must be returned to the office by fax, post or in person 14 clear days prior to the meeting, ie Tuesday 9th October 2012.

Proposed Constitution: please find this attached at the top of this newsletter.
