Congratulations Larapinta on taking out the La Dolfina Cup at Ellerston 2023. For anyone who was fortunate enough to go and see the tournament, it was exceptional polo that had the entire crowd in awe as the Argentines - Adolfo Cambiaso, his son Adolfo Cambiaso Jr, Juan M Nero, David Stirling, Gringo Colombres as well as our own pro's played the best polo we have seen in Australia in years.
We thank Mrs Packer and Gretel Packer for hosting this incredible tournament. Ellerston looked superb and the staff were amazing as they managed the crowds of people who flocked through the gates to see this great event.
We also thank Mr David Paradice for bringing these magnificent players to Australia. It was a truly special event and we thank all involved.

La Dolfina Cup 2023
23 Goal Tournament
26, 28, 30 April
Hosted by Ellerston Onassis Polo Club and sponsored by David Paradice.
We will have four teams competing for the La Dolfina Cup, each team will consist of one ten goaler from the world famous La Dolfina operation.
I am pleased to announce these players are Adolfo Cambiaso, Adolfo Cambiaso Junior, David Stirling and Juan M Nero. Stay tuned for the team’s announcement in the coming days.
All spectators are welcome, don’t miss out on the opportunity to witness some of the best Polo Players in world play at Ellerston, Australia.
Tournament Details:
Play Day’s: Wednesday the 26th of April, Friday the 28th of April and Sunday the 30th of April. Each day will consist of two games scheduled for a 1.00pm and 3.00pm Start.
The Following Facilities will be available at Ellerston: The Breakfast Room, Ellerston Clubhouse and Ellerston Store.
Entry is complimentary for dates between the 26th and 29th of April.
On the 30th of April an admission fee of $50.00 per car will be charged. All proceeds from Admission will be donated to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
