To all polo players and spectators,

We regret to inform you that due to the late cold weather this winter combined with the current full restrictions on irrigating from the Isis River our polo fields are not going to be ready to play on by the 20th September (our Gold Cup weekend).

As a result, unfortunately we have no choice but to cancel our Gold Cup tournament over the 20th/21st September.

However, there will still be a great opportunity to play on the Timor grounds during the 4th - 12th October in an 8-goal tournament in conjunction with Scone Polo Club. There will be more details emerging over the coming weeks in regards to this new tournament set to take place over what would have been Ellerston.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will all be able to make it In October. For more information, or to nominate a team for the October tournament, please do not hesitate to contact us.

TIMOR POLO CLUB

We are very excited to present to you our 2014 Timor Gold Cup.  Our weekend will take place on the Saturday 20th September & Sunday 21st September.

We are now taking individual and team nominations. It is anticipated to be a very competitive weekend of great polo on our first class grounds.

We are taking nominations now for the following:
• Timor Gold Cup (8 goal)
• Timor Silver Cup (4 goal)
• Timor Bronze Cup (0 goal)

BPP prizes and MVP prizes will be awarded in all grades.

Please contact us with your nominations either online at www.timorpoloclub.com.au or on the
form provided in this email, and payment for either a team or individual by Friday 12th September.

Chukka fees:
• $20 per chukka (all grades)

BBQ and Tea/Coffee will be available throughout the day.
There will be a bar operating from 12pm for those who wish to enjoy a beverage.

We will be hosting our annual Saturday Night Party from 7pm, at the homestead, everybody’s welcome, dinner is provided at a cost of $10 per head and the bar will also be open all evening.

Accommodation:
Player/Family/Groom accommodation is available, but limited, (double rooms with en suite bathroom) at a rate of $75 for the weekend per room, please specify how many people and how many rooms you would like.

Alternatively please seek staying arrangements in Murrurundi, which is a 25 minute drive and offers a variety of accommodation.

Horse accommodation is available, please contact us to reserve.
