Dear Patron

Ellerston Onassis Polo will be holding the Ellerston 8 Goal Trophy Polo Tournament from Saturday the 11^th March, to Sunday the 19^th March 2017. We would like to invite you to nominate a team to participate in this year’s event.

There will be a Ground Fee of $10,000.00 per team, and this payment must accompany your nomination. You will receive a DVD, for all of the team’s players, of each of your matches.

A Tournament requirement is that all Players must be fully affiliated with the A.P.C.

In relation to the configuration of each 8 Goal team – it is expected that the combined handicaps of the 2 highest rated players will not exceed 9 goals.

Some accommodation for Players and Grooms, as well as stabling, can be provided at “Ellerston”. However due to the restricted amount of accommodation and stabling available, priority will be given to non-local players.

The Ellerston Store, Clubhouse and Breakfast Room will be open daily for all catering requirements during the Tournament. Eftpos facilities are available at “Ellerston”. No accounts will be accepted.

Nominations must be confirmed by providing the completed Nomination Form and Ground Fee by Friday the 17^th February 2017. Please forward all nominations and correspondence to Sue King, Secretary of Ellerston Onassis Polo. Payment of the Ground Fee by direct deposit can be processed via the Ellerston Bank Account details on the Nomination Form. Ellerston Onassis Polo is holding The Kerry Packer Challenge Cup 16 Goal Polo Tournament from Saturday the 11^th March to Sunday the 19^th March 2017. We would like to invite you to nominate a team to participate in this year’s event.

A nomination fee of $15,000.00 per team is required to accompany your nomination form, by the closing date of Friday the 17^th February 2017.

A Tournament requirement is that all Players must be fully affiliated with the A.P.F.

You will receive a DVD of each of your matches for all of your team players, a preference for accommodation and also for stabling.

The tournament will operate on the same format as in previous year’s, with breakfast and lunch available at the Breakfast Room and dinner available at the Clubhouse for the duration of the tournament. The Ellerston Store will also be open daily. Eftpos facilities are available at “Ellerston”. No accounts will be accepted. Accommodation is provided at Ellerston for the team’s (including immediate family) and staff only.
