Dear Clubs, Players & Spectators

On behalf of the Millamolong Polo Club I would like to call for nominations to our Annual Autumn Carnival – 21st/22nd April 2007.

Although it has been very dry, we have continued to irrigate the field & we are hoping the field will be at its usual high standard for the Tournament.

GRADES:
The A Grade will be limited to 12 goal & 5 or 6 chukkas (dependant on the number of teams).

The B Grade will be limited to 6 goals & 4 or 5 chukkas (dependant on the number of teams).

The C Grade will be limited to 2 goals & 4 chukkas.

The D Grade will be the balance of the teams & over 4 chukkas.

We will be attempting to host a one chukka kid’s game if there is the demand.

I note that due to the huge popularity of this Tournament & us being limited with only one field. We will not be accepting nominations for players playing twice.

Ground fees have been set at:
$170 per player A Grade
$150 per player B Grade & below
I note that all players receive a free dinner to the Saturday night party.

PARTY:
A party and disco is planned at the ground for Saturday night starting at 7pm. Cost $30 per adult, $10 per child (under 12).
Note: All players receive a free dinner.

A BBQ lunch both days will be provided by the R.D.A.

Please note that we are not hosting a charity luncheon on the Sunday.
