NOMINATION INFORMATION

The Wirragulla Polo Club Inc, wishes to extend an invitation to all players and teams who wish to nominate for the Hunter Polo Challenge, to be played at Dungog on the 22nd and 23rd September 2007. Players may nominate as teams or as individuals. The Club will endeavour to put players nominted into teams.

There will be 3 grades:
A Grade: 10 goals (6 chukkas)
B Grade: 4-6 goals (6 chukkas)
C Grade: upto 3 goals (4 chukkas)

As it has been in the past, proceeds from the polo weekend will go to the Club's nominated charity. This year our charity is the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. Your support in helping make the weekend a success will be greatly appreciated.

Team levies which go directly towards providing an ambulance in attendance on both days, has been levied at
$275 per team (6 chukkas)
• $180 per team (4 chukkas).

As was the case last year, the field will be in excellent condition, and a large crowd is expected both days. A charity auction will take place at the Dinner Dance to be held on the ground on Saturday night. Everyone is welcome. Please get nominations to me as soon as possible as team space will be limited.

Dear Players & Spectators

Make a weekend of the Hunter Polo Challenge tournament hosted by Wirragulla Polo Club at the Tabbil Creek ground.

It is hoped many travelling Australian and international players will return to compete.

There will be the Saturday night dinner in the marquee at the ground starting at 7.30pm - $30 per person.

The charity supported this year is the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and proceeds from an auction at the dinner will be donated.
