Dear Polo Club Members
On behalf of the President and the Committee of the Gunnedah Polo Club, it is our pleasure to invite your Club to nominate teams and/or individual players to play at our Annual Polo Tournament, to be held on 26th & 27th August 2017.
A Grade will be five chukkas and all other grades will be four chukkas. Chukka fees will be $10 per chukka per player. Preference will be given to teams where players are not playing twice.

Stabling is available at the Gunnedah showgrounds at $5 per stall, payable with chukka fees, or yards are available at the Gunnedah Saleyards.
There are a lot of accommodation choices but the hotels do get busy so book early. Please contact Mark Barber or Renata Davidson, if you require any assistance with accommodation or stabling.
A BBQ lunch and bar facilities will be available on both days for all including members, and players.
All players, family and friends are invited to dinner on Saturday night at the Parkview Hotel, in Conadilly St, Gunnedah. The Parkview is one of our major sponsors so please support them. They also provide accommodation.
The Gunnedah Polo Club is proud to support Junior Polo and we again this year will be holding a junior match. We would like to extend an invitation to all junior players to play at our Tournament. The format is yet to be finalised but we are hoping to run a 4 chukka match with 2 adult players and 4 juniors on each team. Each junior playing 2 chukkas (alternating one on and one off) The teams will be organised by Gunnedah to balance out the teams. Please contact Ben Osborne on 0427434542 or benandeddie@hotmail.com
