Please find attached at the top, the draft 2012 Provisional Handicap List. Thsi is the list that will go to the APC to be ratified. If 2 players are handicapped in different states at differing levels, they will be forwarded to the APC Benchmark Committee for final decision.

Andrew Williams, Chairman of the NSWPA Handicap Committee writes:
The clubs have 7 days to write regarding any mistakes, queries etc. The Handicap Committee will only accept communication from the clubs. We want the list to be final at the AGM.
