Result: South Africa defeated Australia at the Kurland International 18 goal match played on 29th December 2009 .
Australia were down 9 -2 at half time but played well in second half closing the gap to a final score 11 - 9.

The Australian Polo Council has been invited to send an Australian Team to South Africa for a 21 – 23 goal Representative Test Match to be played on 29th December 2009 at the Kurland International.

Horses, accommodation, flights, insurance and team clothing will be provided.

The APC is calling for nominations from:-

Players with a handicap of 3 goals and above who would like to be considered for selection in the Australian Representative Test Team.

Nominations close Friday 9th October 2009 at 5pm.
