Dear NSW Playing Members & Friends of Polo,

On behalf of the Players & Committee of the Bong Bong Polo Club, it is our pleasure to invite you to our annual polo tournament to be held on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th March 2007at the Riverlands Polo Club.

Two grades will be played, an A grade 4 goal & B grade 0 goal. When nominating, please indicate your team captain, team goal rating as well as any extra individual players wishing to complete at the tournament.

Players may double across the grades, however please advise us ASAP so that draws can be properly organised to accommodate.

Please note: The tournament will be held directly after a Riverlands Polo Clinic & because of such a limited number of teams will be allotted for entry so please get your entry in ASAP as to not be disappointed.

Chukka fees are $160 per player for the weekend and will be collected on Saturday morning.

Food and drinks may be purchased each day of the tournament. The Saturday night dinner will be held at the Windsor Clubhouse.

Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and come along.
