The inaugural HJPS got off to a good start with 18 junior players attending. The improvement in the players over the three days, both on and off the field, was astonishing.

They were divided into two groups with Andrew Williams taking 8 in the A Group and Peter Haydon taking 10 in the B Group. The Finals were held on Windsor No 1, followed by the presentation of awards at the Club House.
