Report: Southern NSW Junior Polo School, 16-18 April 2013

Megan Philip writes on behalf of the organising Committee:

The Southern NSW Junior Polo School (held over three days in the school holidays) was a brilliant success with 26 young riders involved.

The standard of the instruction was outstanding with many top level players giving up their time to support the school, much to the delight of the kids! (Simon Hill, Rick McCarthy, Henry Bell, Angus Campbell, Marty Ingham & Corin Gibbs to name a few.)

The committee would like to thank the hospitality of the Garangula Polo Club in hosting the School, as the juniors were very lucky to have the opportunity to play on fields that are second to none. The school all went very smoothly in such a great environment.

Every young player involved improved dramatically over the three days and Most Improved Awards went to: Archie Dowling, Ollie White, Jasmine Hill and George Philip. Harry Head's Emmy received Best Pony.
