Dear members, families and friends of the Scone Polo Club
We're very excited to be hosting the Dougal Archibald Cup at the Scone Polo Club on the 24th & 25th September 2022.
On Saturday, 24th September the club will be hosting a picnic at the polo. With car boot spaces along both sides of the Belltrees field, bar facilities, coffee van, Brazilian BBQ food truck serving lunch and dinner, DJ, lots of fun to be had throughout the day with of course plenty of polo to watch as well.

Reserved car boot spaces - area for one car to be parked alongside the Belltrees field, picnic spot in front with ice bucket, 6 x pack of beer, 2 x bottles wine and 2 x general admin tickets. (Max 15 capacity per space)

Antipasto hamper - pre-purchase an antipasto hamper to serve 4
Buses - transfers to/from Scone & the Linga Longa will be provided on the day. Times will be confirmed once we receive expressions of interest.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Gates open from 10:00am and venue to be vacated by 10:00pm
2. Strictly no alcohol to be brought into the venue
3. Tickets will be scanned at the gate before entering the venue
