Dear Polo Clubs

On behalf of the President and the Committee of the Gunnedah Polo Club, it is my pleasure to invite your Club to nominate teams and/or individual players to play at our Annual Polo Tournament, to be held on the 30th & 31st of August 2008.

A Grade will be five chukkas and other Grades four chukkas. Nominations for A Grade teams will be $200, and other Grades $160. (ie $5 per chukka). We expect the A grade to be in the vicinity of 6 goals. Please contact Andrew Craig for nominations.

A BBQ lunch and bar facilities will be available on both days.
The Gunnedah Polo Club would like to extend an invitation to all players, family and friends to a Dinner Party on Saturday night at the Court House Hotel, in Conadilly St, Gunnedah. Please advise Ben or Andrew of numbers likely to attend to allow for catering.
If it looks like it will be too wet to play on the Gunnedah fields the Tournament will be held on the McHardy’s property at Spring Ridge, and the Dinner Party will be held at the Spring Ridge Hotel.
