Cancelled: WELLINGTON ANNUAL TOURNAMENT, 3 & 4 September 2011

This tournament was cancelled due to lack of entries.

Dear Secretary,

On behalf of the President & committee of the Wellington & District Polo Club we would like to invite your club to nominate a team, teams &/or individuals to play in our annual tournament to be held on the 3rd & 4th of September.

We have been struggling in the past few years with gaining enough interest to run a tournament & with our small & tiring committee we need all the support we can get so it is worth our while to host a tournament on a fantastic ground.

As with other clubs we are will be having 4 & 5 chukka polo, so when nominating could you please state your preference & we shall endeavour to accommodate.

Our ground fees will be : $200 per team for 5 chukkas & $160 per team for 4 chukkas.

Our ground is looking fantastic again this year with a really good cover of grass so we are expecting it to play really well.
Lunch will be available both days as well as a BBQ dinner & full bar on Saturday night at the ground and it would be most appreciated if players , grooms & supporters could support our club.
