I would also like this opportunity to invite you back to the Windsor Clubhouse on Saturday evening to really give the season a kick start & say “Goodbye to EI”.

We have hired “Neon Heart” to perform for the evening. They are a young local band that are fantastic & I’m sure will make the evening something to remember, so I’m sure you will all come along & enjoy the festivities.

Dear NSW Players & Friends of Polo,

On behalf of the Players & Committee of the Bong Bong Polo Club, it is my pleasure to invite you to nominate a yourself, team or teams to compete or even come along & watch in our annual polo tournament to be held on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th March 2008 at Riverlands Polo Club, 507 Cornwallis Rd, Richmond, NSW 2756.

Two grades will be played, an A grade 5 goal & B grade 0-2 goal. When nominating, please indicate which grade, your team captain, team goal rating as well as any extra individual players wishing to complete at the tournament.

Players may double across the grades, however please advise our club secretary Kevin Gibbs on 0410 743 616 or email k.gibbs@jwconsulting.com.au ASAP so that draws can be properly organised to accommodate.

In relation to the DPI regulation of moving horses, the event has been registered with the DPI & all players must have the required “Travelling Horse Statements” (THS), I have attached the link below to fill out online:

Please note: Once completed, the horse owner must bring a copy of the THS with them to give to the Tournament Coordinator at the gate otherwise the horses will not be allowed to disembark from the vehicle. Please forward this information on to your team members as we would hate to not allow a team or player to play because of paperwork that should have been completed.

The Saturday night dinner will be held at the Windsor Clubhouse & after a little music, festivity & a lot of cheer.
