Ellerston Polo Club is holding the Ellerston Spring Trophy 16 Goal Polo Tournament and the Archibald-Cudmore Trophy 8 Goal Polo Tournament from Saturday the 1
st October to Sunday the 9
th October 2016.
There is a limit of 12 teams for the 8 Goal Tournament. The first 12 completed nomination forms, with accompanying payment, will be accepted.
A Tournament requirement is that all Players must be fully affiliated with the APF.
In relation to the configuration of each 8 goal team – it is expected that the combined handicaps of the 2 highest rated players will not exceed 9 goals.
Some accommodation for Players and Grooms, as well as stabling, can be provided at “Ellerston”. However due to the restricted amount of accommodation and stabling available, priority will be given to non local players. The Ellerston Store, Clubhouse and Breakfast Room will be open daily for all catering requirements during the Tournaments. Eftpos facilities are available at “Ellerston”. No accounts will be accepted.
Nominations must be confirmed by providing the completed Nomination Form and Ground Fee by Friday the 9th September 2016. Please forward all nominations and correspondence to Sue King, Secretary of Ellerston Onassis Polo. Payment of the Ground Fee by direct deposit can be processed via the Ellerston Bank Account details on the Nomination Form.
