Dear Polo Players

Nominations for the Bentley Cup are now due by mid-day tomorrow, Friday 7th Nov 2008.
It is important that we receive your nominations by then because of the deadlines we have for printing the glossy program which you will be included in.

Just a reminder that the chukka fees for the 10 goal include lunch in the sponsorship enclosure for each player and 1 guest.
As there will be media exposure, including photographers we ask that all teams in the 10 goal remain in their polo whites for the presentation. These photos will be distributed to polo and motoring magazines world wide for Bentley.
Presentations are scheduled for 4.30pm on Sunday 16th November for ALL grades at the Celebrity Grandstand.
We have an exciting program planned for the weekend and we look forward to sharing it with you.
