The Gunnedah Polo Club Cup for the winners of the A Grade was contested by Quirindi A and North Star. Quirindi were just ahead after 3 chukkas but goals by Adam Tolhurst for North Star in the 4th & 5th chukkas clinched it for North Star.

Quirindi A: James Hockey 0, Mark Barber 1, Dick Doolin 3, Rob Doolin 1: 5 goal team
North Star: Angus Doolin 1, Nick Benson 0, Adam Tolhurst 4, Simon Doolin 1: 6 goal team

The beaten A Grade teams, Scone & Quirindi B played for the Kibah Cup and this was convincingly won by Scone.

Scone: Nigel Russell -1, Doug Munro 1, Sam Gunn 3, Andrew Badgery 1: 4 goal team
Quirindi B: Malcolm Pursehouse 0, Scott McCreery 1, Mike McKechnie 2, Rob Davies 0: 3 goal team.

The B Grade Final was played between Gunnedah A & Tamarang A for The D. H. Edwards Cup. Jim Henry's 2 goals in the 4th chukka nailed it for Tamarang A.

Tamarang A: Scott Chambers -1, Dennis Lee 0, Jim Henry 2, Tim Skerrett 0: 1 goal team.
Gunnedah A: Max O'Leary -1, Melissa McCarthy 0, Phil Clift 2, Gerad O'Leary 0: 1 goal team.

The B Grade losers played for The W. J. Maslin Memorial Trophy and this was between Tamarang B and Gunnedah B. This game was convincingly won by Tamarang B largely thanks to PetaGay Railton's 3 goals in the 4th chukka.

Tamarang B: Andrew Campbell -2, PetaGay Railton 0, Sam Gunn 3, James Simson -1: 0 goal team.
Gunnedah B: Damien Allport -1, Russell May 1, Scott McCreery 1, Toby Scales 0: 1 goal team.

Dear Polo Club Members

On behalf of the President and the Committee of the Gunnedah Polo Club, it is my pleasure to invite your Club to nominate teams and/or individual players to play at our Annual Polo Tournament, to be held on the 28th & 29th August 2010.

A Grade will be five chukkas and B Grade four chukkas. Nominations for A Grade teams will be $400 per team, and other Grades $320. (ie $10 per chukka per player). We expect the A grade to be in the vicinity of 6 goals. Please contact Phil Clift for nominations.
