Dear Polo Club Members
On behalf of the President and the Committee of the Gunnedah Polo Club, it is our pleasure to invite your Club to nominate teams and/or individual players to play at our Annual Polo Tournament, to be held on the 29th & 30th of August 2015.
A Grade will be five chukkas and and all other grades will be four chukkas. Chukka fees will be $10 per chukka per player. Due to numbers, preference will be given to teams where players are not playing twice.

Stabling is available at the Gunnedah showgrounds at $5 per stall, payable with chukka fees, or yards are available at the Gunnedah Saleyards.
There are a lot of accommodation choices but the hotels do get busy so book early. Please contact Mark Barber or Phil Clift, if you require any assistance with accommodation or stabling.
A BBQ lunch and bar facilities will be available on both days.
All players, family and friends are invited to dinner on Saturday night at the Parkview Hotel, in Conadilly St, Gunnedah.
